Terms of use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Who we are and what the service offers

Tailor Travel (site and app) builds travel proposals — itinerary, flights, stays, excursions and transfers — from the information the user enters. The service is provided by [Full name / company name], [VAT / tax ID], based at [address], contact: info@tailortravel.app.

2. We are not a travel agency

Tailor Travel does not sell or book tourism services and does not organise package holidays. The purchase contract is concluded solely between the user and the provider (airline, accommodation, booking platform, etc.) on the provider's own website.

3. Indicative information

Prices, times, availability, durations and suggestions are indicative, may contain errors and may change without notice. Before booking or travelling, always check the details on the provider's website and on official sources (travel documents, entry requirements, restrictions, weather and safety conditions).

4. Third-party links and affiliation

The site and app contain links to third-party sites, some of them affiliate links: if you buy through them we may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices or conditions.

5. Permitted use

The service is for personal, non-commercial use. You must not scrape data in an automated or bulk way, bypass security measures, or use the service unlawfully or in a way that impairs it.

6. Accounts

You can use the app as a guest; signing up is optional and is for saving trips. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts in case of abuse; you can ask to delete yours at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Tailor Travel name, logo, texts, graphics and software belong to the owner and may not be used without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from reliance on the information provided, errors or unavailability on the part of providers, or service interruptions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Changes to the service and terms

We may change or suspend the service and update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

10. Governing law

Italian law applies. For consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction of their place of residence or domicile remains unaffected.
